Scholars at Risk (SAR) is an international network dedicated to protecting scholars facing serious threats to their lives, liberty, and academic freedom by arranging temporary research and teaching positions and offering support services. The organization also advocates globally for academic freedom and monitors attacks on higher education to raise awareness and drive systemic change.
